Whistling Straits welcomes PGA Champion Rory McIllory

It's tough to top the scenery and beauty of Whistling Straits. Great sights, gentle breezes, and a sense of anticipation unlike any other. The PGA Championship comes back to Kohler, Wis. in two months.

Today in Kohler, officials and local dignitaries welcomed defending tournament champion Rory McIlroy. He's walking away with some goodies from the state of Wisconsin: jerseys from the Badgers, Bucks and Packers. Jason Kidd was here as well. McIlroy returned the favor with very kind words about this course, the area and one of the most prestigious tournaments in pro golf.

The PGA's best will be settling in on the eve of the PGA Championship here in exactly two months. Herb Kohler tells us he's excited about adding another chapter to the legacy of Whistling Straits.
