A 38-year-old West Bend man has now been arrested for his 5th OWI.

West Bend Police stopped a vehicle for speeding in the 1500 block of Greentree Road on Monday night.

The officer noticed signs the driver was intoxicated.

The 38-year-old man failed the standardized field sobriety tests and was arrested for OWI 5th Offense.
