It was a signing day experience a young girl and women’s college soccer team will never forget.
9-year old Jordan Moore was diagnosed with Vein of Galen Malformation at birth. The rare brain condition has forced her to undergo multiple surgeries. But despite her obstacles Jordan displays the kind of courage and optimism rarely found in someone her age.
