Two Men Arrested for Prowling after Attempted Car Break-Ins in West Bend

WEST BEND - West Bend police officers responded to the 100 block of North Main Street to investigate a report of two males dressed in dark clothing attempting to enter parked vehicles.

The two males fled the scene when they observed the officers approaching.

Investigating officers pursued and caught both males a short distance away.

A 31-year-old West Bend man was arrest for prowling and a probation violation, he is currently on probation through the Department of Corrections for Drug Possession.

A 35-year-old West Bend man was arrested for prowling and for operating a motor vehicle without owner's consent for his involvement in a motor vehicle theft that occurred on February 24th of this year.
