Thousands without power Saturday due to high wind

SOUTHEAST WISCONSIN (CBS 58) -- Thousands are without power Saturday afternoon due to the high wind. A wind advisory remains in effect for most counties until 6 p.m. for wind gusts as high as 45 mph.

As of 4:30 p.m. over 3,000 customers are without power. The highest concentration is in Milwaukee County where over 1,800 customers don't have the lights on. Racine, Waukesha, Walworth, Jefferson and Kenosha Counties are also reporting hundreds of people with outages.

We Energies says the high wind is blowing tree branches into and onto power lines causing scattered outages.
