After a few dry days this week and some warmer temperatures, a bigger storm system is on the way. After a mostly sunny start to Friday the clouds will slowly increase throughout the day with a chance for rain starting around midnight Friday night. Rain is likely on Saturday but mainly confined to the morning and the chance for snow on Sunday has completely gone away.
Saturday morning will be a bit of a soaker with steady light to moderate rain falling from the early morning hours until mid to late morning. By lunch time Saturday most of southeast Wisconsin is drying out. An isolated flurry or light mix shower can't be completely ruled out Saturday evening and night but most will stay dry.
The steady rain Saturday morning will add up with a soaking rain expected for most of southeast Wisconsin. A full quarter to half inch of rain can be expected for most of southeast Wisconsin.
