MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Fighting sleep deprivation and bad sleep habits is a key component to improving individual health, according to health experts. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says that Americans are among the most sleep deprived in the world.
While counting sheep, herbal tea or supplements might work for some people, tossing and turning still remains a problem.
To discuss some tips on how to fix poor sleep habits, sleep researcher Dr. Chris Winter joined us on Thursday, Oct. 20.
