Sherman Park: One year later

As promised during our coverage around August 13, 2016 we are looking at the progress made since riots broke out in Milwaukee’s Sherman Park neighborhood after Sylville Smith was killed by an officer.

CBS 58’s Amanda Porterfield spoke to city officials, state leaders and community members about what’s been done, what issues have stood in the way, and what’s left to do as part of our city tries to rebuild.
