Sheboygan police investigating after about a dozen homes, vehicles vandalized with paint

SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (CBS 58) -- An investigation is underway in Sheboygan after several homes and vehicles in the area were vandalized. 

According to the police department, approximately 12 homes and vehicles were spray painted with red and black paint around 3 a.m. Tuesday, March 12. 

The property vandalized was in the Franklin Park and Swift neighborhoods. 

Police say the damage is estimated to be between $20,000-$30,000.

Those who live in the Franklin Park or Swift neighborhoods are asked to check security cameras for suspicious people between 3 a.m.- 6 a.m. the morning of March 12.
