Severe weather chances for tonight

A new tornado watch has been issued for northern Wisconsin until 11 pm.  At this point we don't anticipate a tornado watch to be issued across southeastern Wisconsin.  Strong to severe storms are expected to erupt across the watch area over the next several hours, and some of those storms could produce tornadoes.  If you have family in those areas please give them a heads up!

Closer to home we are expecting a line of strong to possibly severe storms to develop across our area between 8 pm and Midnight.  While the overall tornado threat remains north, we do think some storms could produce damaging winds and hail.

After the storms clear our area tonight, temperatures for Thursday will drop into the upper 50s on a breezy northeast wind!
