Racine community supports local business after hate message left on Google Reviews

RACINE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- There was an outpouring of support for one Racine restaurant after a hateful review was left on Google.

Kabab & Grill, located at 1327 Washington Avenue, took to Facebook to show a hateful review that was left on Google. The review allegedly read, "This place is owned Muslims so I won't here! Support Americans not Eastern Invaders!"

The review quickly gained attention after Kabab & Grill posted it on Facebook Monday morning with the counter message, "Love for all hate for none. Have a blessed day Racine." The post was shared over 150 times and had nearly 400 reactions.The Racine community rallied behind Kabab & Grill, showing their support of the business.

The restaurant posted a Facebook and Instagram video on Tuesday evening which showed a packed restaurant full of people who wanted to show that they love and support the restaurant. Kabab & Grill posted just how much their family loves serving the Racine community and how much they appreciate the support.
