RACINE, Wisc. (CBS 58) --With a little under two hours into the New Year, the Racine Police Department was called to a shooting at Curmudgeon's Bar and Grill at 3458 Rapids Dr. around 1:50 a.m. 

Preliminary details show that one male was shot and experienced non-life threatening injuries.The victim was taken to a local hospital for treatment. 

Police are still investigating the incident.
