Police: Germantown teenager makes threats online, taken into custody

GERMANTOWN, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Germantown Police Department says a 17-year-old boy was taken into custody for disorderly conduct after making threats online.

Authorities say the threats were not directed at anyone or any location in particular. According to police, the suspect was cooperative and remorseful.

There is an increased police presence at Germantown High School Friday. Police say that is due to many rumors of a threat. No threat was ever made directed to or related to the school.
