MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) – Several people camped out in Milwaukee’s Veterans Park early Tuesday morning ahead of the July 4th fireworks show.

Tens of thousands of people are expected to attend the fireworks display.

Vehicles were allowed into the park beginning at 5:30 a.m. on Tuesday. Authorities say they encourage people to get to the park early to avoid traffic. The fireworks show begins at 9:30 p.m.
