Packers Sam Barrington Met Students at Townsend Street School

A Green Bay Packers is taking his position as a role model for kids very seriously.

"You can't be a small guy playing in the NFL because you got guys like Rob Gronkowski and Clay Matthews who will just step all over you," said Sam Barrington.

Linebacker Sam Barrington met with students at Townsend Street School on the North Side this afternoon.

He talked about eating healthy with backpacks from United Healthcare brought filled with good stuff to munch on.

Barrington also offered this message directly to the boys in the audience.

Barrington's Dreambuilders Program has received a grant from United Health Care and some of that money is being used to help renovate Townsend Street School's student activity center.
