Packers safety Marwin Evans teaching Milwaukee kids about healthy lifestyles

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) – Milwaukee kids got a lesson in staying active from a Green Bay Packer.

Packers safety and Oak Creek native Marwin Evans met with more than 300 members of Milwaukee-area Boys and Girls

He focused on the importance of living an active and healthy lifestyle.

Evans also told kids about his journey making it to the pros.

“I’m from the same city and they can see somebody who came from the same town they are being raised in that they can make it and give them hope to do the same thing,” said Evans.

Evans, along with volunteers from Kohl’s, led the kids through football activity stations.
