Packers fill out practice squad, claim Pressley from Vikings

GREEN BAY - One day after cutting their roster down to 53 players, the Green Bay Packers filled out their ten man practice squad, mostly with players who spent time in Green Bay during the preseason.

Wide receiver Geronimo Allison, linebacker Carl Bradford, and defensive lineman Reggie Gilbert were among the Packers cut and then re-signed to the practice squad. Beniquez Brown, Lucas Patrick, Brian Price, Herb Waters, and Jermaine Whitehead are also coming back to Green Bay.

Devon Cajuste and Blake Muir, both of whom spent the preseason with the San Francisco 49ers, also signed with Green Bay's practice squad. Muir is a guard who appeals to the Packers after the loss of Josh Sitton Saturday.

Former Packer linebacker Sam Barrington was claimed on waivers by the Kansas City Chiefs. The Packers claimed former Vikings running back and kick returner Jhurell Pressley.
