CHICAGO (CBS 58) -- A Packers fan's lawsuit against the Chicago Bears will proceed in court.
Russell Beckman has Bears and Packers season tickets.
In Chicago, season-ticket holders can attend pregame warmups but they've been warned not to wear gear for an opposing team. When Beckman showed up in his green and gold, he was turned away so he sued. He called it an issue of "free expression."
