MPD: Shots fired during argument, innocent bystander injured

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee Police Department is investigating after they say an innocent bystander was shot Tuesday. 

It happened near 27th and Auer around 4 p.m.

Police say a 43-year-old man was caught in the crossfire of an argument between two people that he was not involved with. 

Authorities believe the argument was drug-related. 

The victim's injuries are said to be non-life threatening. 

No one is in custody at this time.
