MPD investigating two Saturday morning shootings

MILWAUKEE, WI (CBS 58) --   A 48-year-old Milwaukee man was shot and seriously wounded Saturday morning, the Milwaukee Police, however, are having a difficult time determining where the shooting happened and the circumstances that lead up to the shooting.    According to the MPD, the victim has been uncooperative with investigators despite the fact he received what described as a serious injury.   The man is being treated at a local hospital.   According to authorities, the MPD was notified of the shooting around 8:30 AM and located the victim in the area of   N 15th and W Hadley Streets. The Police are continuing to investigate the shooting.

Earlier in the morning, around 6 AM, MPD Officers were called to the area of N 19th Street and W Capitol Drive where they found that  a 34-year-old man had been shot.  The man was taken to a local hospital for treatment of a non-life threatening gunshot wound.  The Police are continuing their investigation of the incident and are looking for suspects.
