WAUWATOSA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- For Stephanie Krellwitz, a former special education teacher turned yoga instructor the concepts of motherhood and mindfulness go hand in hand. It’s what inspired her to start Nova Zen Yoga in Wauwatosa. Through regular classes that invite mothers and their babies to exercise together, Krellwitz says it’s a way for new moms to build their relationships with their children.
On CBS 58 Sunday Morning, Michael Schlesinger explored the benefits of “baby yoga”.
