Mother and Children Escape House Fire

Around 10 last night a fire broke out at a home near 75th and Stevenson in Milwaukee.
Crews could see flames shooting out of a back bedroom. Battalion Chief Ray Groth says a mother and two children were able to get out alive because of working smoke detectors.
No injuries to report, but the three people who lived there are now displaced.
