Milwaukee man shot while attempting robbery
Milwaukee Police are investigating a shooting that happened on Friday, June 2 just after noon in the 6700 block of North 58th Street. A 26-year-old man was shot while attempting to rob a home.
The robbery suspect suffered a serious injury and was transported to a local hospital. The person who shot the suspect remained on scene and is cooperating with police.
Police are also investigating a second shooting that happened around 1:25 PM in the 2700 block of North 37th Street. Two victims, a 38-year-old man and a 44-year-old man were shot after an argument.
Both victims were taken to a local hospital. The 38-year-old suffered a non-life threatening injury and the 44-year-old suffered a serious injury. The investigation is ongoing and MPD is seeking suspects.
