MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee Police Department says a 40-year-old man died after being shot near 20th and Hopkins Sunday evening.
Police say the victim was fighting with another person when someone shot him. Emergency responders were unable to revive the man and he died on the scene.
The incident remains under investigation and MPD continues to search for a suspect.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office says they were called out to a shooting near 20th and Hopkins by Union Cemetery Sunday afternoon.
The shooting was reported around just after 5 p.m. The Milwaukee Fire Department tells CBS 58 they tried to revive the victim but were not successful.
It is the second fatal shooting on Sunday. Just before 2 a.m. a man was found dead near 76th and Melvina.
