Man shot, non-fatal, during suspected drug deal on 39th and Ruby

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee Police Department responded to a man shot in the leg near 39th St. and Ruby Ave. around 9:25 p.m. on Dec. 17.
Police stated the shooting transpired following a suspected drug deal. The victim, a 38-year-old man, was transported to a local hospital for non-fatal injuries.
MPD continues to search for suspects.
