MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police say a man is dead following a shooting Monday night, Sept. 18.
Officials say it happened around 4:45 p.m. near 28th and Wells.
The victim, a 36-year-old man, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Authorities say a 31-year-old and 36-year-old were taken into custody. Charges are pending.
