Man dies after motorcycle crash in West Allis

One man is dead following a motorcycle crash that happen late Saturday night in West Allis. The 911 call for help went out at about 11:15 PM because a motorcyclist was down near the intersection of Highway 100 and Dakota Avenue.  

When Officers arrived they discovered a 19-year-old man had severe injuries and despite lifesaving measures the man died at the scene.

West Allis Police tell CBS 58 News that although their investigation is ongoing it appears the man was driving his bike at a high rate of speed going north on Highway 100 and as he approached Dakota Avenue he lost control and crashed.
