Man dies after being shot and abandoned at the hospital

The Milwaukee Police are investigating the death of a  21-year-old man who was shot sometime late Wednesday night.   According to the Milwaukee Police Department, the  man was dropped off at St. Joseph’s Hospital suffering from a serious gunshot wound.   The man was unconscious at the time and was transferred to Froedtert Hospital where he later died.  The people who dropped the victim off did not stay at the hospital.  The car they came in is described as a lighter color, 4-door vehicle.  The MPD’s early investigation reveals the shooting may have taken place near N. 38th and W. Wright Streets just before 10 PM.  MPD continues to seek a motive and search for suspects.
