Man arrested for 4th OWI after flagging down officer to report disorderly conduct

WEST BEND, Wis. (CBS 58) -- West Bend Police arrested a 52-year-old man for his 4th OWI Wednesday evening just after 7 p.m.

The man was driving and pulled up to a police officer that was parked to report disorderly conduct. The officer invesitaged the complaint and determined it was unfounded. But, the officer observed signs that the 52-year-old man was drunk.

The man failed a field sobriety test and blew a .287, three times over the legal limit.
