Officers were called to an address on Maple Drive in Caledonia for a report of a man, later identified as Potter, who had become angry over a financial issue while at the home with his 80-year-old mother.

It happened on June 20.

According to the 80-year-old victim, Potter had an outburst over money that one of his relatives currently owes him. He allegedly began to break various items and be verbally abusive towards the victim.
