GREENFIELD, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Greenfield Police say a 19-year-old has been charged for starting a high speed chase last month.
Javier Perez was arrested five days after the chase happened.
Police say Perez was speeding near 27th and Arlington. When they tried to pull him over, he allegedly took off. At one point, police say Perez backed into the officer.
