Legislation to rename post office after Vel Phillips heads to President Trump

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- An effort to re-name a Milwaukee Post Office after Vel Phillips now heads to President Donald Trump's desk for his signature.

The U.S. Senate passed legislation that would rename the post office near MLK and Center the Vel R. Phillips Post Office building.
