Late night shooting leaves 1 dead near North and Vel R. Phillips

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are investigating a deadly shooting that took place Monday, Feb. 12 around 11:45 p.m. near North and Vel R. Phillips Ave.
The victim, a 20-year-old, sustained fatal gunshot injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene, according to MPD.
The circumstances leading up to the shooting are under investigation, and Milwaukee police are seeking unknown suspects.
