SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A 24-year-old Grafton man who broke into a Sheboygan steakhouse, vandalized the place and even cooked himself a steak is going to prison.
Bobby Lee was sentenced to four years in prison and five years extended supervision. Lee broke into Jake's Roundabout Steakhouse over the summer and according to court documents, spilled oil, broke glass and destroyed gaming machines.
Someone recognized Lee from a Facebook post and called police.
Judge Kent Hoffman of the Sheboygan County Circuit Court said he looked into Lee's past criminal record and the seriousness of the crime when deciding sentencing, "Probably a business owner's worst fear would be exactly what happened here. That when they lock the door at night and they go home to their families and their life that they constantly have to worry about is someone going into the business. Am I going to be broken into and that's exactly happened here."
Lee was also ordered to pay $32,000 in restitution to the owners.
