Frank Jude sentenced to 18 months probation

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee man seen on camera trashing a convenience store was sentenced to 18 months probation.

Frank Jude Junior pleaded guilty to criminal damage to property in court on Monday.

Surveillance video from the 'Teutonia Gas Station' near Teutonia and Atkinson from back in April shows Jude with his shirt off, yelling at the clerks.

Jude won a $2 million settlement from the City of Milwaukee after he was beaten by off-duty officers back in 2008.
