MEQUON, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A former police officer is charged in connection with a suspected prostitution business being run inside an Elkhorn apartment.
63-year-old Dean Babcock faces up to nine months in prison if convicted on the misdemeanor charge.
Babcock was among several alleged clients of Nicole Nosek.
She is charged with operating a prostitution business for several years.
