Women and Girls in Science event connects young people with mentors
Football fans will get their hunger satisfied on a lot of levels Thursday evening for the big Packers-Bears rivalry. Beside some great plays on the gridiron in Lambeau, there will be plenty of your favorite foods to help fill you up, from the brats to the burgers. I had the chance to speak with the executive chef at Steny's in Walker's Point about hosting the perfect tailgate party. He says you can't go wrong with the three big ones, including wings, brats, and mac 'n cheese. And if you're a Big Bears fan, go ahead and throw the Chicago style hot dog along with Italian beef sandwiches into the mix.
Of course washing all your favorites down with a perfect bloody or beer tops off the experience as well. Just remember to drink and eat responsibly.
