Five injured after head-on crash in Sheboygan County

At approximately 4:40 PM on Saturday May 6 Sheboygan County Dispatch received several 911 phone calls about a two vehicle head-on collision on State Highway 23 west of Spring Valley Drive in Greenbush.

Preliminary investigation indicates that a passenger car and mini-van were involved and one of the vehicles traveled across the yellow line. The driver of the car was transported via Flight for Life helicopter with life threatening injuries to Theda Clark Medical in Neenah. He was the sole occupant of the vehicle.

There were a total of four occupants in the mini-van, two adults and two children. All of them were transported via Orange Cross Ambulance to Saint Nicholas Hospital in Sheboygan all with serious injuries. 

The Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Office Accident Reconstruction Team will be conducting an investigation into the accident.
