WAUKESHA COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A Waukesha County father is charged in a crash that left his young son without his arm.
Jeremy Froemming is accused of driving while intoxicated early Christmas day when he crashed into a tree near Highway 67 and Highway D in the Town of Ottawa.
This is the fourth time that Froemming has been arrested for OWI.
Froemming's 11-year-old son had his right arm amputated as a result of the crash. Nathaniel was a pitcher and played football for the Oconomowoc Bandits. His aunt tells CBS 58 News that Nathaniel will need a prosthetic arm.
