Family Dollar robbed on North Avenue

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee Police are looking for a suspect wanted in connection with an armed robbery at the Family Dollar located at 2510 W. North Avenue. The incident happened around 2:05 p.m. on Monday, August 21.

The suspect came into the store, displayed a gun to the cashier, demanded money, and then fled the scene with cash.

The suspect is described as a black man, between 30 to 40-years-old, between 5’5” to 5’7” tall, and 140-160 pounds. He was last seen wearing a gray Nike baseball cap, a white tank top, black cargo shorts, and white shoes. The suspect has tattoos above his right eyebrow, a cross tattoo between his eyes, and an unknown tattoo below the left eye.
