Driver arrested for 4th OWI after getting stuck in ditch

RACINE COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A 35-year-old man from Hubertus was arrested in Racine County after going into a ditch.

A State Patrol Officer was driving north on I-94 near the County Highway KR on ramp around 3:30 a.m. Saturday morning when they saw a car in the ditch. When the trooper went up to the car he smelled alcohol and administered a sobriety test which the driver failed.

The driver has been identified as Christopher Schick and was arrested for his 4th OWI.
