CBS 58 Hometowns: 68th and Wells shopping
WAUWATOSA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- We're shopping: that's the brief summary of this week's unique 58 Hometowns tour. With a chill finally in the air, it may be putting everyone in the mood to prepare for holiday shopping!
Amanda Porterfield and company feel that vibe and are heading back to Wauwatosa, with the focus now being on Old Towne Tosa, a special area for shoppers on 68th and Wells.
There are few other corners in the area where in one simple stroll, shoppers can find gifts for kids (and kids at heart!), buy a new pair of shoes (or have old shoes repaired!) and even grab a freshly dipped chocolate covered cookie (and don't forget a gift bag of goodies for those holiday stockings!).

We kicked off the tour with a visit from Beth Gleesing, tourism specialist with Discover Wauwatosa, on Tuesday, Oct. 10. She offered a preview of what to expect when shopping in the area.
