SHOREWOOD, Wis. (CBS 58) -- In a release from Shorewood Police they say they were called to Oakland and Capitol near North Shore Bank just after 4 a.m. Thursday morning.
A 72-year-old man was driving his pickup east on Capitol when it crashed into the building. The man was having a medical emergency and the bank was closed.
The driver was taken to the hospital.

SHOREWOOD, Wis. (CBS 58) – A man was taken to the hospital Thursday morning after crashing his car into a Shorewood bank near N. Oakland Ave. and E. Capitol Dr.
According to police on the scene, the driver is a 72-year-old man. He was not seriously hurt in the crash.
The car crashed into the North Shore Bank Building but damaged the Orthopedic Hospital of Wisconsin.
Police say the man will likely be cited for inattentive driving.
