Badger Gun Trial Jury Dismissed

On Tuesday a panel of jurors was dismissed in the Badger Gun trial.

They have been at the selection for several days and for privacy media is not allowed to film that process it takes to pick the 16 jurors.

Jose Lopez and Alejandor Arce filed a suit against badger guns for a negligent sale of a gun that was used to harm them in 2-thousand-7.

This is the second lawsuit against Badger Guns.

Last fall the court found badger guns guilty of a selling a gun in a straw purchase, that injured officers Bryan Norberg and former Officer Graham Kunisch.

This is expected to be a lengthy process, the judge says they will start this whole process over with a new panel of jurors come Monday morning.
