Alpine Valley is ready for skiers with 18" of snow and more on the way

ELKHORN, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Snow is expected Tuesday, but Alpine Valley Ski Resort is ready for skiers with 18" of snow already on the ground. The resort has 22 runs from bunny hills for beginners to advanced "Shelter" hills.

All of their hills are up and running, and they plan to stay that way until spring.

Alpine Valley offers lessons for beginners. You can walk in or reserve a lesson online. CBS 58's Amanda Becker was at the resort this morning with a look around.
