Alleged Upskirting Suspect Pleads Not Guilty

Timothy Russo pleaded not guilty to upskirting on Thursday.

He was ordered to have no contact with any women's bathrooms.

The 49-year-old is facing eight misdemeanors related to invasion of privacy.

Police said it was a tip from a CBS 58 viewer that helped them catch him.

He was in investigators sights for a time after being confronted by a security guard at an office building on Mayfair Road near the mall.
