50 point half not enough for UWM in Green Bay

Matt Tiby scored 22 points and added 11 rebounds, and the UWM Panthers scored 50 points in the second half, but the rally wasn't enough in an 81-70 loss at Green Bay Thursday night.

Four Panthers scored in double figures, including Akeem Springs (16), Cody Wichmann (11), and Jevon Lyle (11). But the Panthers struggled mightily in the first half, posting just 20 points before the break and falling behind by 22. Alfonzo McKinnie led the Phoenix with 23 points.

UW-Milwaukee's two game win streak was snapped with the loss. The Panthers are now 9-15 overall, 4-6 in Horizon League games.
