19-year-old Watertown man arrested after traffic stop nets THC butter, cartridges

RACINE COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A traffic stop in Racine County uncovered THC cartridges and THC butter on Friday morning, Oct. 18. 

According to the Racine County Sheriff's Office, shortly after 8 a.m., a deputy pulled over a vehicle for a "moving violation," which means they were following too closely. 

A K-9 unit was called to the scene and alerted officials to narcotics in the vehicle. 

A search of the vehicle uncovered the following: 

  • 144.1 games of THC butter separated into multiple packages
  • 14 THC vape cartridges 

A 19-year-old man from Watertown was arrested and taken to the Racine County Jail for possession with intent to deliver THC and bail jumping.
