17-year-old shot near 50th and North, subsequently arrested for being uncooperative

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police reported a 17-year-old male was shot near 50th and North on Thursday evening, Nov. 7. 

According to the Milwaukee Police Department, it happened around 7:40 p.m.

During the investigation, officials say the victim was uncooperative and was arrested for obstructing. 

The victim sustain a non-life threatening injury and treated at a local hospital. 

The circumstances surrounding the shooting remain under investigation.
