MPD: Shooting near 11th and Windlake leaves 1 person seriously hurt

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are investigating a double shooting that occurred on Sunday, Feb. 11. 

It happened around 1:00 a.m. near 11th and Windlake. The first victim is a 19-year-old who was transported to a local hospital for treatment of a life-threatening injury. 

The second victim is a 21-year-old and arrived at a local hospital for a non-fatal injury.

The circumstances leading up to the shooting are under investigation; however, appears to be related to a verbal argument that occurred prior to the shooting, according to police.

Milwaukee Police continue to seek unknown suspects.
